These terms apply to the Android app PowerWave: Charge Speed Meter (package com.powerwave.app). By installing or using the app you agree to them. They add to the general Boyo Apps Terms of Service; if the two differ, these PowerWave terms apply to PowerWave.
PowerWave shows battery and charging information from your Android device: charging current, estimated power, voltage, temperature, battery level and status, and charger and cable tests. The app is free to download and use. It is supported by ads.
All readings come from the sensors and battery information your device makes available, and they are estimates. They can differ from the power your charger actually delivers, and some readings are not available on every phone. Test results describe the conditions during that test only; they are not a guarantee of how a charger or cable will perform.
PowerWave is an information tool. It is not a safety device and it does not protect your phone, battery, charger or cable. Do not rely on it to detect overheating, faulty equipment or any danger. Use chargers and cables that meet your device maker's requirements and follow their safety instructions. If a device or charger becomes hot, swollen, damaged or smells of burning, unplug it and stop using it.
The app shows ads provided by Google AdMob. Ads are provided by a third party, and we are not responsible for the content of ads or for the products or sites they lead to. How ads use data is explained in the Privacy Policy.
You agree not to: copy, modify, resell or redistribute the app; reverse engineer it except where the law allows; interfere with or try to get around its ads; use bots or other ways to generate fake ad views or clicks; or use the app for anything unlawful.
The app, its name, design and content belong to Boyo Apps. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, under these terms and the Google Play terms.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted or available on every device.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Boyo Apps is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for damage to devices, batteries, chargers or cables, loss of data or loss of profits, arising from your use of the app or reliance on its readings. Because the app is free, our total liability for any claim is limited to USD 0, or the lowest amount the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer laws that cannot be waived.
We may update the app, change or remove features, or stop offering it. We may also change these terms; the date above will change, and if you keep using the app after a change, the new terms apply. You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Haiti, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in the country where you live.
